This is an onsite position in Fort Worth, TX- 11AM CST to 7PM CST Monday to Friday
JOB DUTIES:
The contractor position will support the Supply Chain operations for the ITTS (Inventory Trouble Ticket System) Investigation team. The ITTS team is responsible for the investigations and working on resolution of carrier shipping, working closely with the fraud teams or warehouse related issues to prevent negative customer experiences or impacts to Telecommunication by identifying fraudulent claims, carrier related issues, 3PL issues or systemic issues that are driving a negative customer experience. This will require collaborative engagement with our 3rd party warehouses, carriers, and internal Supply Chain and IT partners. This role will be responsible for meeting daily service level commitments of an average of 80 tickets resolved per day and is responsible for their accuracy above all.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
We offer 7 days a week support to Customer Service Teams. These roles require the ability to work the shift from 11AM CST to 7PM CST time.
Mon – Sunday potential schedule with a 40 hour work week.
Some overtime work may be required.
Contractor will be located in the Fort Worth office .
