Inventory Reconciliation Specialist Responsibilities
- Meet daily service level commitments with a focus on accuracy and timely resolution
- Establish and maintain daily and weekly reporting on production and service levels
- Track key metrics including production, service levels, internal/external factors, and customer impacts
- Develop expertise in the entire process flow from order creation through receipt and disposition of product
- Conduct complex research involving inventory discrepancies and reporting
- Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve inventory reconciliation issues
- Perform data entry with emphasis on speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with formulas and data analysis
- Strong business acumen and effective oral/written communication skills
- Experience with SAP
- Highly developed critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization
- Comfort working with multiple systems and understanding cross-system interactions
- Attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong team collaboration skills
- This Inventory Reconciliation Specialist position requires occasional mandatory overtime, including weekends as needed
