- Deliver unified product and platform strategies to senior leadership and drive alignment across stakeholder organizations
- Collaborate on use cases, technical requirements, product design, and functional testing to ensure products adhere to aligned strategy
- Foster high engagement and strong partnerships with stakeholder organizations
- Influence direction by highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities across the organization
- Engage with annual and multi-year capital strategy and planning to protect and grow profitable revenue streams
- Balance allocation for margin, revenue, and innovation
- Align execution based on market insight and performance analysis
In this role, you will:
- Navigate complex project landscapes using research, collaboration, and iteration
- Solve problems proactively and effectively navigate ambiguity
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Build partnerships across Product, Strategy, Finance, Network, IT, Technology Solutions, Marketing, and Sales
- Translate complex information into compelling visuals and presentations
- Manage financial aspects including expense tracking, capital allocation, and revenue forecasting
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
- Six or more years of relevant work experience
- Excellent Program & Project Management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team
- Business Products Lifecycle Management experience
- Financial acumen
- Expert communication skills
