What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Financial/Leasing Analyst position at Crossfire Consulting?

Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years
Understanding of leasing agreements, being able to reconcile rent and strong verbal communication. The person in this position will be working terminations as well as CPI. Candidate should be able to read and understand leasing agreements, do recon's and have a basic knowledge of CPI.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with auditing billing/invoices
- Systems audit experience
- Ability to differentiate trends and relationships from a base of complex information and to relate and compare data from different sources and identifying relationships
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
