Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our telecommunications team in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for site design, RF analysis, and regulatory compliance, working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Strong background in 4G/5G Wireless Systems
• Proven track record of self-directed work with minimal supervision
• Excellence in project management and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Site Package Review & Documentation
• Evaluate site close-out packages
• Analyze sweep/PIM results for accuracy
• Maintain and update technical databases
• Create RF site designs (RFDS) and plumbing diagrams
• RF Analysis & Design
• Generate and review RF propagation plots
• Conduct site candidate comparisons
• Perform coverage analysis
• Execute RFE analysis and documentation
• Ensure RFE mitigation standards compliance
• Regulatory & Compliance
• Prepare zoning and regulatory filings
• Represent company at zoning meetings as needed
• Maintain 100% compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee regulatory compliance throughout design phases
