Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects with high visibility
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and action registers
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and scope while maintaining compliance with internal policies
- Provide regular, clear executive-level status updates and performance tracking
- Foster collaboration, manage change, and resolve issues proactively
- Quantify and track business benefits and ROI of initiatives
- Uphold high standards of documentation and communication across all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration
- 5 years managing corporate office/warehouse moves and construction/renovation projects
- Experience coordinating with construction contractors, architects, leasing agencies, and legal teams
- Proven ability to handle multiple, simultaneous complex projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Skilled at delivering executive presentations and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Jira, and project scheduling tools
- Experience in service delivery, HR, Supply Chain, or Financial Ops (preferred)
- Familiarity with change management, M&A project work, and Agile/Scrum (preferred)
