Pay : $27-$29 / hour
Job Description :
The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives. This position is responsible for managing and analyzing data, providing system support, and assisting with the coordination of key operational processes.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Assign orders and maps in ClickSoft to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Assist with resolving the backlog of BPEMs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Compile and analyze data for MODs (Managers on Duty) and Customer Communications.
- Provide ClickSoft support for RECONN field technicians to facilitate smooth operations.
- Organize and maintain process maps and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) in preparation for team QMS audits.
- Support efforts to address backlog leaks and GRP scope reconciliation.
- Reconcile the daily MAC PowerBI Report to maintain data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Update meter locations in ISU, reviewing and correcting approximately 475 entries as required.
- Support key operational processes and initiatives as directed.
