Key Responsibilities
- Data Integrity & Compliance : Maintain and verify the accuracy of procurement-related data and documents, ensuring global master data integrity.
- Process Efficiency : Collaborate with Shared Service Centers (SSCs) and the supply chain to implement automated and streamlined procurement processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as the main point of contact for negotiators, SSCs, and suppliers, facilitating seamless communication and operational alignment.
- Operational Accountability : Ensure supply security for the region by maintaining procurement master data and overseeing compliance with required documentation.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement workflows.
