We are currently hiring Production Workers for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Sparta, TN . This position requires flexibility for rotating 12-hour shifts and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment .
Position Details :
- Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour

- Shifts : Rotating 12-hour shifts
Week 1 : Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)
Week 2 : Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours, includes 8 hours overtime)Available shifts : Day (6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM) & Night (6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM)Medical Exam : Candidates must complete additional medical exams before starting.Responsibilities :
Operate manufacturing equipment according to ISO / TS16949 proceduresConduct routine safety and equipment inspectionsOperate a forklift to move raw materials and finished productsPerform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environmentCollect samples for quality control and color testingAssist in equipment maintenance and process troubleshootingPrepare packaging and labeling for finished goodsComplete required audits, inspections, and trainingKey Expectations for Success (Next 6-18 Months) :
Complete 90-day training period and 180-day probation periodBecome proficient in all production equipment with minimal supervisionMaintain an acceptable attendance recordLearn and support plant improvementsMaintain a positive attitude and contribute to team successTop 3 Required Qualifications :
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbsForklift experience requiredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to operate and maintain manufacturing equipmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsPhysical Demands :
