Major utility company in Monroe, MI is looking for a contract Project Engineer with experience in Facilities Management to join their team!
This long-term contract role (possibility for extension or direct hire for the right candidate) offers a starting pay rate of $43 / hour.
Position Summary : Our client is seeking a contract engineer to support the transfer of investment planning activities to the project engineering team, focusing on resolving project backlog. This role includes both onsite (Tues-Wed-Thurs) and remote (Mon-Fri) work arrangements, providing an excellent pathway for evaluating external talent for potential full-time consideration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct engineering design evaluations and oversee projects to meet budget and schedule constraints.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with industry policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production, malfunction, and maintenance reports to identify and resolve issues.
- Offer technical support throughout the engineering process, following established guidelines and procedures.
