Part-Time Hybrid Senior Accountant (20-25 hrs / week) – Parma, ID
30-$35 per hour - Flexible Schedule - Hybrid (Onsite Once a Week)
Are you an experienced Senior Accountant looking for a flexible part-time opportunity in a hybrid work environment ? We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team in Parma, ID , with the option to work either four 5-hour days or three 8-hour days per week .
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with month-end close activities during the last two and first two business days of the month
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and accurate financial reports
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and workpapers
- Conduct product costing reviews
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Contact customers for past-due Accounts Receivables
- Manage supplier master data
- Collaborate with the accounting team and provide backup support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
