Turnaround Planner – Mechanical Focus
Location : Bishop, TX
Pay Rate : $67 per hour
Work Type : 100% Onsite
Are you an experienced Turnaround Planner with strong mechanical expertise? We are looking for a detail-oriented, goal-driven professional to join our Turnaround Management Team . This role will focus on mechanical turnaround planning while supporting secondary disciplines as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Planning Phase :
- Attend core team meetings and collaborate with Operations and other disciplines.
- Ensure job plans align with site policies, procedures, and technical rules.
- Analyze historical turnaround (TAR) data to improve planning efficiency.
- Define and refine scope for mechanical activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Develop detailed job plans and coordinate with lead planners and TAR managers.
- Collaborate with electrical, instrumentation, and rotating equipment planners.
- Work with contractors to ensure clarity on work package requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements :
Field experience in general maintenance functions.
Mechanical crew leadership experience (preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to read equipment and piping drawings .
Working knowledge of Primavera P6 for interpreting schedules.
Proficiency in the following software :
