Job Title: Program Integrator (Operations)
Location: Huntsville, AL
- responsible for providing operational support to the ProgramIntegrationteam,focusingondevelopingpresentationmaterials,papers,talking points, and knowledge management products
- Create high-quality presentation materials, including slides, briengs, and handouts to support integrated res initiatives and engagements.
- Develop, edit, and staff/coordinate integrated res papers, reports, and documents Prepare talking points and other communication media to support integrated res messaging, presentations, and stakeholder engagements (internal and external)
- Support and maintain the Integrated Fires knowledge management system to capture, organization, and share program information including lessons learned, best practices, and directorate content.
- Coordinate the collection, review, tagging/naming, and organization of Integrated Fires information to ensure timely and accurate access to the latest information
- Providesupportrelatedtoinquiries,informationrequests,andcommunicationbetween stakeholders, program teams, and Integrated Fires
- Participate in special projects and initiative as assigned
Skills, Competencies and Abilities:
- DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP)
certication.

401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN & COMPANY MATCHING
Crossflow uses Principal as our 401(k) plan sponsor. Employees can choose payroll deduction and fund investing options. Payroll deductions will begin the month following your enrollment. Crossflow matches 100% of the first 3% of compensation, plus 50% of the next 2% of compensation.

GENEROUS PTO ACCRUAL & FLEXIBLE LEAVE POLICY
Crossflow currently grants 11 federally observed paid holidays. In addition to these holidays, Crossflow offers a minimum of 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) to all full-time employees. Employees may utilize PTO for any reason (sickness, vacation, personal day, etc.) and can carry over a maximum of 120 hours from year to year. Many employees are authorized to work additional hours within a normal, forty-hour pay period. This approval is included in the employee's offer letter for employment. These extra hours may be banked for compensatory (comp) time off.

To help our employees be present with family during major life events, Crossflow provides additional PTO. We offer varying types of paid Parental Leave to aid birthing, non-birthing, and adoptive parents transition into parenthood.
