Class A CDL Operator Position

Job Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver who can transport lumber material to job sites and operate a truck-mounted Moffett forklift to unload the lumber at the job site.

The successful candidate will have a valid Class A CDL, current medical certification card, and a clean driving record. They will also be able to work independently and possess good time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicle in a professional, safe, and courteous manner
• Organize and secure cargo, ensuring each load is properly strapped for transportation
• Drive a delivery truck on a predetermined route and schedule, delivering items as instructed
• Maintain a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Abide by traffic laws, ensuring safe unloading and delivery to the destination

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED required
2. Hold a valid Class A CDL, current medical certification card, and possess a clean driving record along with personal insurance
3. Must be at least 21 years old
4. Able to work independently and lift up to 75 pounds
5. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
6. Excellent communication skills
