Requirements
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required with 4 – 7 years’ experience in accounting or related field
- CPA certification required
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
- Identify and mitigate tax risks
- Experience in tax research
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Review tax returns for accuracy and compliance
- Possess ability to self-motivate, work with a sense of urgency, and to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work well with others
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a cross functional team environment, while also building strong partner relationships
- Ability to learn new tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments
