Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Representative located in Wilmington, NC. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling medical devices, establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and providing exceptional sales support. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product solutions. The role also involves product training, presentations, and collaboration with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, with a focus on medical devices or healthcare products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to understand and present technical product information
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- Background in orthopaedics or a related medical field is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
