**Job Description**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members, monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes, administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation, and performing other duties as assigned.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- At minimum 1 - 2 years' experience preferred
- Graduate from an accredited school
- Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
