Duties and Responsibilities
Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.
Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
Transport patients as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
