Job Summary
We are seeking a healthcare professional to fill a 144-week assignment in Warsaw, IN. The role involves working an evening shift with 32 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Providing patient care and coordinating with other health team members
- Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
- Administering medications as ordered with proper documentation
- Performing duties such as maintaining room cleanliness, transporting patients, and restocking supplies
- Sharing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Graduate from an accredited school
- Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
- Ability to lift equipment (50-100 lbs), push, bend, and pull
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
