About the Job
This 13-week contract offers a competitive pay package, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive clinical team. You will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts, with opportunities for overtime and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide individualized patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
* Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document outcomes accurately and timely.
* Participate in code blues, rapid response teams, and other critical situations, demonstrating expertise and composure under pressure.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to facility policies and procedures for infection control and patient safety.
Requirements
* Current RN licensure in Idaho or eligible for temporary licensure.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in an ICU setting, with a focus on critical care nursing principles and practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS or PALS preferred.
