Job Summary
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare team members. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in radiology is preferred, with certifications required based on facility requirements.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications as ordered, and monitoring patients' responses to interventions. The ability to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transports patients as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
