As a travel CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our imaging department at CrossMed. With your expertise and skills, you will be responsible for operating complex imaging equipment to produce high-quality images that aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality images.
- Position patients correctly for scans and ensure their comfort during procedures.
- Follow established protocols to minimize radiation exposure and optimize image quality.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a CT technologist.
- Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
- Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
- Physical abilities – remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending, and pulling.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse personnel.
