Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a progressive care unit setting
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and licensure
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a progressive care unit or similar setting
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
