Ambitious and highly skilled Radiation Therapists are needed to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer radiation treatments to patients with cancer or other medical conditions
- Operate linear accelerators and other equipment to deliver precise doses of radiation
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans and progress
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on radiation therapy procedures and aftercare
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
- Graduate from an accredited school of radiation therapy
- Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50-100 lbs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
