Dietary Aide
Location/Schedule: Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Full-time, Typical hours are 1st shift, Monday-Thursday. Must be available to work some evenings and weekends as dictated by the demands of the position, including group events.

Hiring Range: $16.40 - 17.25/hour - Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Candidates who meet only the minimum requirements can expect to start at the beginning of the range, while those with additional and relevant experience and/or advanced skills may be considered for higher starting pay within the range.

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- ServSafe certification preferred - completion required within 3 months.
- Must have knowledge of nutritional and healthful foods.
As a Dietary Aide II, You Will
- Ensure punctuality and dependability in all shifts and responsibilities.
- Assist in the operation of the Crossnore Commissary, providing outstanding customer service.
- Prepare and serve food according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Attend and maintain current ServSafe Food Handler certification.
- Assist with upkeep of the facility and surrounding grounds.
- Support inventory management and accurate record-keeping.
- Fulfill tasks related to food service operations in coordination with supervisors.
- Perform duties of Dietary Aide I as needed, including maintaining HACCP logs and dining room ambiance.
- Follow food safety standards and Crossnore's trauma-informed care principles.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
