What You Will Be Doing

- Independently navigate the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the private school sector.
- Utilize our CRM to keep precise records and forecasts.
- Leading a team - this role is all about individual sales execution.
- Adhering to inflexible procedures - you'll craft the strategy to penetrate this market.
- Depending on large support teams for lead generation or deal closures.
- Selling a generic product in a saturated market.

- Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Must reside in the US or Canada, ideally in the Northeast region (e.g., Maine, New York, Connecticut).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the U.S. private school sector.
- Willingness to travel 50-75% for client meetings and events.
