- Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Leverage HubSpot and SIS to track metrics, analyze trends, and shape strategic outreach initiatives.
- Refine Our Playbook: Continuously update admissions FAQs and SOPs, ensuring every interaction reflects our cutting-edge approach.
- Forge Meaningful Connections: Engage prospective families with empathy and insight, transforming the admissions journey into a memorable experience that aligns with our revolutionary model.
- Wrestling with Bureaucracy: You'll have the autonomy to act swiftly, innovate, and enhance the admissions experience without layers of approval.

- 5 years managing end-to-end admissions or enrollment processes in competitive academic settings, with a proven track record of driving significant growth.

- Executive presence that instills confidence, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Superior organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities across families and campuses.
- Proficiency with CRM and SIS systems (e.g., HubSpot, Veracross) and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Demonstrated success in providing high-touch, client-facing service.
- U.S.-based near a major or regional airport, with willingness to travel frequently for family engagement.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Background in private school admissions, particularly with high-net-worth families.
- Sales or marketing experience with a focus on compelling storytelling and relationship-building.
