Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. What You Will Be Doing
- Fostering genuine relationships with parent groups and community organizations, demonstrating how our schools tackle key educational challenges in Arizona.
- Hosting engaging information sessions and events that highlight our model's potential to deliver academic excellence and essential life skills.
- Navigating interested families through the enrollment process, addressing concerns with evidence from our successful track record.
- Acting as a trusted advisor for enrolled families, assisting them in understanding their children's progress and celebrating their achievements.
- Creating a network of parent advocates who extend our schools' impact within their communities.
- Cold calling or adhering to rigid scripts - this role emphasizes genuine community engagement and relationship building.
- Simply processing applications - you're establishing enduring partnerships with families to revolutionize education together.
- Working in isolation - you'll collaborate closely with our Head of School on family success and the marketing team on outreach initiatives.
- Managing academic or operational tasks - your focus will be on community engagement and enrollment growth.
- Remaining confined to a desk - you'll be actively engaging with communities across Arizona.

Basic Requirements
- Experience working directly with families in an education-related role (e.g., admissions, enrollment, outreach, community engagement).
- Proven success in driving enrollment or engagement through relationship-based community outreach.
- Reside in Arizona and be willing to travel throughout the state.
- Comprehensive understanding of Arizona's education landscape and the needs of key stakeholders.
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with experience in hosting events.
- Strong Spanish language skills are highly preferred.
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
