What You Will Be Doing
- Employing AI tools and automation to provide strategic insights on operational efficiency, scalability, and growth opportunities to the CEO.
- Constructing AI-driven frameworks to assess, analyze, and optimize the performance of our distinctive educational model across all sites.
- Developing predictive models and automated dashboards to detect trends, opportunities, and challenges before they arise.
- Implementing AI-enabled systems to sustain our superior student outcomes (99th percentile performance) as we grow.
- Identifying and executing opportunities for AI and automation to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Managing daily campus operations or overseeing facility buildouts.
- Direct supervision of educational staff.
- Creating workshop content or academic curricula.

Basic Requirements
- 10 years in operational leadership, scaling businesses across multiple locations (retail, hospitality, or education).
- Proven ability to craft and present strategic recommendations to C-suite, especially in translating complex data into actionable executive insights.
- Experience in leveraging AI tools and automation for operational efficiency and enhancement.
- Comprehensive understanding of current AI capabilities and constraints in operational settings.
- Experience in building and optimizing AI-based quality control systems across physical locations.
- Strong background in education sector operations, particularly in K-12 administration or multi-campus educational institutions.
- High-level expertise in predictive modeling, AI analytics, and automated dashboard creation.
- Exceptional strategic communication skills, with the capacity to establish trust with senior stakeholders.
- Based in the United States with a willingness to travel 30% of the time to campus locations.
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
