What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and sustain a $10M sales pipeline by pinpointing and qualifying promising districts, engaging with key decision-makers, and advancing prospects through structured sales stages.
- Create customized proposals and expertly navigate procurement processes to secure significant contracts.
- Conduct discovery meetings to thoroughly comprehend district challenges and objectives, then devise compelling solutions that yield tangible results.
- Manage every facet of complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure, with comprehensive ownership of territory strategy and outcomes.
- Utilize your established relationships and networks within public school districts to expedite adoption.
- Adhering to inflexible scripts or processes—you're empowered to craft your territory strategy.
- Promoting "nice to have" supplementary products—this is a transformative solution with a measurable impact.

Basic Requirements
- 3 years of experience managing complex K-12 sales cycles and closing six or seven-figure deals.
- A robust network of relationships with district decision-makers in the designated territory.
- Proven expertise in navigating public school procurement processes, including RFPs/RFIs.
- A track record of maintaining a $10M sales pipeline and consistently meeting revenue goals.
- Demonstrated success in independently driving the full sales cycle.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technology stack.
- Residence within or within 2 hours of the territory (TX, IL, CA, FL, or NY).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region (up to 80%).
- Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
