Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Design and iterate on comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices in facilitation, student engagement, and challenge resolution
- Deliver high-impact, actionable feedback that measurably improves Guide performance and student outcomes
- Lead by example through direct student mentorship, showcasing advanced coaching techniques and motivation strategies
- Create traditional lesson plans – our adaptive technology handles the content, while you focus on developing exceptional facilitators
- Compromise on excellence – we maintain a 100% mastery standard, and you'll ensure every Guide upholds it
- Conduct passive training sessions – your development approach will be dynamic, experiential, and transformative

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5 years of proven experience in education, L&D, or coaching
- Track record of developing innovative educational programs that deliver results
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Substantial experience working with youth aged 5-18
- Strong data analysis skills with a metrics-driven approach to improvement
- Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
