Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Compiling a comprehensive repository of the latest research and trends in the field.
- Generating engaging daily short-form content (tweets, threads, videos) and insightful weekly long-form content (podcasts, blogs, spaces).
- Representing gt.school at key industry events and forging connections with leading voices in education.
- Enhancing the quality of AI-generated content to broaden our influence.
- Advocating for minor tweaks within the existing educational system.
- Creating standard educational content that lacks transformative impact.
- Prioritizing enrichment over acceleration.
- Operating behind the scenes – this role demands public thought leadership.

Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated success in building a dedicated social media following (1,000 followers).
- Hands-on experience with gifted education as a parent, former student, professional, or researcher/advocate.
- Residing in the US or Canada with a strong grasp of the gifted education landscape.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation and storytelling.
- Confidence in public speaking across diverse platforms.
- Openness to occasional travel for conferences and industry gatherings.
