What you will be doing

• Igniting curiosity and inspiring a limitless mindset in students through engaging, peer-level connections.
• Utilizing AI and adaptive learning tools to personalize education, allowing students to progress at their own pace.
• Fostering a culture of growth, learning, and ambition, guiding students to discover their strengths and interests.
• Contributing to the continuous innovation and improvement of Alpha's educational model, sharing insights and ideas.
• Leading impactful life skills workshops that prepare students for lifelong success

What you will NOT be doing

• Falling into the routine of traditional educational methods; no stuffy lectures or rigid lesson plans. You're neither a tutor nor a teaching assistant.
• Overlooking the importance of personal growth and development within the educational journey.
• Limiting students to conventional learning tools and methods, ignoring the power of technology and innovation.

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any subject
• A proven track record of exceptional achievement and high performance, such as academic scholars (National Merit, Fulbright), competitive athletes (Division I, Olympians), competition champions (chess, debate, science fairs), or similar
• Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize audiences
• A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Willingness to work in-person at one of the campuses listed above

Working with Crossover

• This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
