What You Will Be Doing

• Set up and launch our platform for new school clients, handling technical configurations, SIS integration, and launch readiness.
• Equip school staff with the skills to effectively utilize our platform and methodology to enhance student success.
• Act as the primary implementation liaison, offering support both remotely and on-site.
• Develop and refine documentation to support scalable onboarding processes.
• Keep an eye on implementation health and proactively tackle potential issues.

• Engaging in cold calling or sales - your focus will be on ensuring client success.
• Providing basic help desk support - your role will involve leading strategic implementations.
• Adhering to rigid processes - you'll have the opportunity to shape our implementation strategies.

Implementation Manager Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in client-facing implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles within SaaS or educational technology.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and configure software systems.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, system integration, and data privacy protocols.
• Outstanding communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Residing in US Eastern/Central time zones with up to 50% travel capability.

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
