This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Lead dynamic, personalized reading sessions using our AI-driven adaptive platform.
- Design innovative literacy interventions that maximize impact within our focused 2-hour model.
- Collaborate with our tech team to enhance AI tools, ensuring they complement your expertise.
- Utilize real-time data analytics to continually optimize each student's learning journey.
- Create scalable literacy content that adapts to individual student needs.
- Wasting time on conventional lesson planning and administrative busywork.
- Following outdated reading programs that ignore technological advances.
- Struggling with overcrowded classrooms and insufficient resources.
- Spending hours managing behavioral issues instead of teaching.
- Getting bogged down in bureaucratic paperwork that doesn't impact student outcomes.
Develop and implement an AI-enhanced reading program that enables students to achieve exceptional literacy progress within our innovative 2-Hour Learning model while nurturing a genuine love of reading.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or a related field
- OR any bachelor's degree combined with recognized reading instruction certifications (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, or equivalent)
- Early elementary teaching experience with proven literacy instruction success
- Enthusiasm for educational technology and readiness to embrace AI-driven tools
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, effective learning experiences
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
