What You Will Be Doing

  • Secure and dominate speaking slots at pivotal private school conferences, showcasing our game-changing learning model and unparalleled student achievements
  • Relentlessly analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to continuously refine and accelerate our private school adoption strategy
  • Collaborate intimately with our sales team, developing powerful materials that ignite transformative conversations about revolutionizing traditional education

Lead Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities

Drive explosive private school adoption of 2 Hour Learning by spearheading high-impact marketing initiatives that compel school leaders to embrace our proven model for accelerated, engaging education, directly contributing to the transformation of the educational landscape.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving high-growth B2B marketing initiatives with quantifiable, impressive outcomes
  • Battle-tested experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-velocity startup environments
  • Exceptional content creation skills across multiple formats and channels, with a keen eye for compelling storytelling
  • Advanced proficiency with cutting-edge marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Comprehensive understanding of the US K-12 education landscape, including key challenges and opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
