This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting engaging, personalized reading sessions using our AI-driven adaptive platform.
- Designing impactful literacy interventions within our focused 2-hour framework.
- Collaborating with the tech team to enhance AI tools that support your expertise.
- Utilizing real-time data analytics to continuously refine student learning paths.
- Creating scalable literacy content tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Spending time on conventional lesson planning and administrative tasks.
- Following outdated reading programs that disregard technological advancements.
- Dealing with overcrowded classrooms and limited resources.
- Managing behavioral issues instead of focusing on teaching.
- Getting bogged down in bureaucratic paperwork unrelated to student outcomes.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or a related field.
- Or any bachelor's degree with recognized reading instruction certifications (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System).
- Experience teaching early elementary with proven literacy instruction success.
- Passion for educational technology and openness to AI-driven tools.
- Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Ability to work on-site at our Austin, TX campus.
