This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting engaging, individualized reading sessions utilizing our AI-driven adaptive platform
- Crafting innovative literacy interventions that maximize impact within our focused 2-hour framework
- Collaborating with our tech team to refine our AI tools, ensuring they enhance your expertise
- Utilizing real-time data analytics to continuously optimize each student's learning journey
- Developing scalable literacy content tailored to individual student needs
- Wasting time on traditional lesson planning and administrative tasks
- Following inflexible, outdated reading programs that overlook technological advances
- Dealing with overcrowded classrooms and scarce resources
- Spending excessive time managing behavioral issues instead of teaching
- Drowning in bureaucratic paperwork that doesn't improve student outcomes
Create and implement an AI-enhanced reading program that empowers students to achieve exceptional literacy progress within our innovative 2-Hour Learning model while nurturing a genuine love of reading.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or a related field
- OR any bachelor's degree combined with recognized reading instruction certifications (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, or equivalent)
- Early elementary teaching experience with proven success in literacy instruction
- Passion for educational technology and readiness to embrace AI-driven tools
- Proven ability to create engaging, effective learning experiences
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Ability to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX; New York City, NY; Orlando, FL; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Barbara, CA; Tampa, FL; West Palm Beach, FL
