This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Orchestrate high-impact, personalized reading sessions leveraging our AI-driven adaptive platform
- Engineer innovative literacy interventions that maximize results within our focused 2-hour model
- Collaborate with our tech team to refine AI tools, ensuring seamless integration with your expertise
- Harness real-time data analytics to continuously optimize each student's learning trajectory
- Develop scalable, adaptive literacy content that evolves with individual student needs
- Drowning in conventional lesson planning and administrative minutiae
- Following outdated, inflexible reading programs that ignore technological advancements
- Managing overcrowded classrooms with insufficient resources
- Spending precious instructional time on behavioral management
- Getting bogged down in bureaucratic paperwork that doesn't directly impact student outcomes

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or related field
- OR any bachelor's degree paired with recognized reading instruction certifications (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System)
- Proven track record of early elementary teaching with demonstrable literacy instruction success
- Enthusiasm for edtech and readiness to embrace AI-driven tools
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, high-impact learning experiences
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Ability to work on-site at our Austin, TX campus
