What You Will Be Doing

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies targeting private schools, including detailed persona development and quarterly roadmaps that align with our rapid growth goals
  • Create high-impact marketing assets that effectively communicate our proven results - from students learning 2x faster to ranking in the top 1% nationally
  • Secure speaking engagements at key private school conferences to showcase our revolutionary learning model and extraordinary student outcomes
  • Track campaign performance and continuously optimize our approach to accelerate private school adoption
  • Partner with our sales team to create materials that drive meaningful conversations about transforming traditional education

  • Market yet another traditional EdTech tool or incremental improvement to existing systems
  • Create generic materials that don't capture the revolutionary nature of our 2x learning model
  • Focus on vanity metrics without connecting to real adoption and student impact

Principal Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities

Drive private school adoption of 2 Hour Learning by creating compelling marketing initiatives that help school leaders understand and embrace our proven model for accelerated, engaging education.

Basic Requirements

  • Demonstrated success driving B2B marketing initiatives with clear, measurable outcomes
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong content creation abilities across multiple formats and channels
  • Proficiency with modern marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Deep understanding of the US K-12 education landscape
  • Track record of balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
