This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Pioneer innovative literacy strategies optimized for our concentrated 2-hour format
- Partner with our technology team to refine and enhance AI-driven learning tools
- Harness data analytics to craft and adjust personalized learning pathways
- Develop adaptive literacy content that responds to each student's unique needs
- Getting bogged down in traditional lesson planning bureaucracy
- Following one-size-fits-all reading curricula
- Managing oversized classes that dilute instructional effectiveness

Basic Requirements
- Educational credentials: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Literacy, or related field; OR any bachelor's degree plus recognized reading instruction credentials (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, etc.)
- Proven track record of successful early elementary literacy instruction
- Passion for edtech innovation and AI-enhanced learning
- Talent for creating captivating learning experiences
- Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
- Commitment to working on-site in Austin, TX
