This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. Basic Requirements
Your Path to Joining Our Team:
- Your Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Literacy, or related field
- Alternative Path: Any bachelor's degree plus recognized reading instruction credentials (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, etc.)
- Track Record: Proven success in early elementary literacy instruction
- Mindset: Forward-thinking approach to educational technology and AI integration
- Teaching Style: Proven ability to create captivating learning experiences
- Work Status: US work authorization (no sponsorship available)
- Location: Available to work at one of our centers in:
