This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. Basic Requirements
- Educational Credentials (one of the following):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or related field
- Any bachelor's degree plus certified training in recognized reading methodologies (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, etc.)
- Proven track record of successful early elementary literacy instruction
- Forward-thinking mindset with excitement for educational technology and AI integration
- Talent for creating captivating learning experiences
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Available to work on-site at one of our locations in: Austin, Fort Worth, Houston, NYC, Orlando, Phoenix, Santa Barbara, Tampa, or West Palm Beach
