What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting dynamic, customized reading sessions using our AI-powered adaptive platform
- Crafting creative literacy interventions to maximize the impact within our focused 2-hour framework
- Partnering with our tech team to refine AI tools, ensuring they enhance your teaching methods
- Utilizing real-time data analytics to consistently improve each student's learning experience
- Developing adaptable literacy content tailored to individual student requirements
- Spending time on traditional lesson planning and administrative tasks
- Adhering to outdated, rigid reading programs that ignore technological advancements
- Dealing with overcrowded classrooms and limited resources
- Managing classroom behavior at the expense of teaching time
- Getting bogged down with bureaucratic paperwork that doesn't enhance student results
Create and implement an AI-enhanced reading program that empowers students to make significant literacy advancements within our innovative 2-Hour Learning framework while nurturing a genuine love for reading.
Basic Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or a related field
- OR possess any bachelor's degree with recognized reading instruction certifications (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, or equivalent)
- Experience teaching early elementary grades with proven success in literacy instruction
- Passion for educational technology and willingness to embrace AI-driven tools
- Proven ability to craft engaging, effective learning experiences
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
