Your core mission is to partner with our Guides in delivering Alpha's triple promise: driving academic excellence, cultivating essential life skills, and igniting a lasting passion for learning in every student we serve.

Basic Requirements

• Ready to join us on-site at one of our Texas campuses (Austin, Bastrop, or Brownsville)
• Flexible availability during school hours (M-F, 8AM-4PM) for 10-30 hours weekly
• Proven track record of working successfully with children
• Excellence in organization, communication, and creative problem-solving
• Natural ability to connect with children and create a welcoming environment

Working with Crossover

This is a part-time (15 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $15 USD/hour, which equates to $11,250 USD/year assuming 15 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
