Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Facilitate dynamic virtual workshops that develop crucial life skills including public speaking, focus mastery, and effective feedback exchange
- Build meaningful connections with students individually and in groups to cultivate intrinsic motivation
- Leverage comprehensive performance analytics to provide targeted guidance and personalized motivation
- Establish a high-energy virtual environment where academic excellence becomes the expected standard
- Coach students in setting ambitious goals and developing strategic pathways to achieve them
- Delivering academic content or subject matter instruction (our sophisticated AI tutors handle all academic teaching)
- Creating curriculum materials, lesson plans, or evaluating student assignments
- Managing behavioral issues typical in traditional classroom settings
- Conducting passive lectures or following outdated instructional methodologies
- Conforming to conventional educational constraints that limit student potential

Basic Requirements
- Arizona residency required (remote position with state-specific requirements)
- Demonstrated excellence in youth motivation (athletic coaching, mentorship programs, leadership development)
- Proven record of exceptional achievement in academic, athletic, or professional domains
- Superior virtual communication capabilities with commanding presence in digital environments
- Fluent Spanish language proficiency OR current Arizona teaching certification
- Availability to commence between March - June 2025
