On 3rd shift you are preparing the house for the next day and are available if a person served needs something during the night.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Promote socialization through community outings and individualized one on one outings with our residents.
- Ensure the health and safety of our residents while promoting independent living skills in the community and in the home.
- Assist with and teach activities of daily living.
- Actively participate as a valued member of our residents' treatment team.
DSP Job Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid drivers license and automobile insurance
