Crosspoint Realty Services, Inc. (www.crosspointrealty.com) is a commercial real estate services firm located primarily in the Bay Area. We are seeking a candidate to fill a full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm) position of Property Administrator , who will support an office of people who work on a portfolio of shopping centers in the greater Bay Area. The position will be located in our Novato regional office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer phones, make phone calls, greet clients, vendors, and the public, all in a professional manner
- Maintain electronic and paper files, including filing
- Process mail and deliveries, order office supplies
- Clerical duties
- Assist with A/P and A/R
- Maintain office equipment, records and databases, including insurance and gross sales reporting
- Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned
- Must be able to occasionally lift file boxes of 20 lbs
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Real estate or construction industry experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Enjoyable to work with and comfortable in a small-office environment
- Positive, customer service attitude and desire to work independently, accept responsibility, learn and enhance skills
