Description of the role
Korf Motors in Sterlilng Colorado is looking s Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, build estimates, and recommend appropriate services and repairs. You will also coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate with customers to identify their automotive service needs
- Inspect vehicles and diagnose problems based on customer descriptions and technician assessments
- Recommend necessary services and repairs to customers
- Provide accurate estimates of service costs and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule and prioritize work
- Ensure timely completion of services and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and payments received
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Stay up-to-date on automotive trends and technologies
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive service advisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
