Description
The Internet Manager oversees the Internet Department at the Ford and Chrysler locations, and is responsible for controlling costs,
building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relations, setting and obtaining sales and
profit objectives and maintaining internet records.
Job Definition:
Maintain the dealership's website with up-to-date vehicle specifications and
availability
Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer
questions on available stock and product performance
Meet sales and customer goals and objectives as defined by the General Manager
Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of
vehicles
Disclose terms of sales with consumers and review sales with dealership management
Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival, ensure that
the customer understands their vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork
Coordinate with the Marketing Department to update the website and create Internet
promotions and advertisements
Lead and motivate the Internet Sales team
Qualifications
Eligibility Requirements:
Prior experience in Internet automotive sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiasm, positive attitude, ambition, work ethic, professional conduct, high
integrity, and dedication to personal improvement
